Thanks for posting this, ATT has no place on att.com or uverse.com for programming updates? or how about sending an email? ATT never has a problem emailing me billing reminders - but I guess important stuff to customers like if their channel will disappear is to difficult to send an email for - but always easy to send emails about bills and when ATT wants $$$.

I talked to customer service & they assurred me I am mistaken - ATT RARELY ever moves channels, they told me that no channels would have been changed w/o customers being sent an email & a note on their statements. mm hmm   ATT has no other place to post updates except for http://programmingchanges.att.com/  Great stuff for the largest COMMUNICATIONS company in the world!
