We’ve always enjoyed the Santa Tracker-our grand kids absolutely love the games, songs, etc. We discovered that it’s available on Direct TV, so I called to find out when it would be on Uverse this year and was told that its only available for Direct TV customers now. No reason was given. This is very disappointing, if true. Could someone from ATT please respond? I was unable to find any other contact info.

Thanks for the reply. We called and received the same information. My kids were crushed. Very sad! Both providers have the same owner, they did the same thing for NFL Redzone, feels like they want to push us to Dorect TV! 😞
I called customer support about this and was told that AT&T decided to NOT offer the Santa Tracker to kids that have AT&T Uverse. Is AT&T so heartless and greedy, that they are taking Santa away from our kids. Everyone needs to call and voice their opinion and disappointment in AT&T management.

One thing I know Spectrum has is a fee for each receiver plus an additional fee (each time) if those are DVRs. I think if you save a show on one TV, you cannot watch it on another TV.
Is that really worth something which you'll only have on your TV for a few days?

My kids and I were highly disappointed to see that Santa Tracker is no longer available to U-Verse consumers only Direct TV consumers as of 2019. Please inform me as to why this has changed? This was not a great idea especially considering that they are owned by the same company, we look forward to playing the games and singing the songs every year. Is there any hope of U-Verse consumers getting the app back????
Wow, just one more thing to go to another company or cut the cord entirely. Last year ATT gave me a wireless receiver and ran a Cat5E to my room. Switched the main receiver from living room to bedroom and then wireless now to wireless receiver in living room. Now the main tv is glitching almost every other day and freezes. Every move this company makes seems to worsen my experience. Probably should sell off my ATT holdings as well. Made a good run from 31 up to 37.

Just called customer support about this and sadly they said Santa Tracker is only available for DirectTV members this year. Very disappointing.
