Can someone explain why Showtime HD under Premium, the list of movies shows only ONE MOVIE?. Also, under Sho HD it shows Series category.

Where DID ALL MOVIES GO?

Just checked this morning and there were two movies and there were three categories, Series, Movies and New Series.  Series had 12 different series in there, Movies only had 2 movies and New Series had 2.

Doubt calling tech support will get anything done.  Non-HD had more programming available.

Huh? Methinks your clock needs adjustment. It seems to be 30 minutes for most people, and that's if you don't have the backdoor number to Tier 2. Look around here for a signature file that features the number to bypass the voice recognition guy.

Just got off the phone with tier 2. I was told you get what you get which at this time is two movies. I ask why and he said that is the way it is and there is nothing he could do about it. I ask if he could transfer me to someone that could answer the question as to why only two movies, he said no. I was sure that in 2009 when I first started with u-verse, I was told you could go on demand and watch any movie currently showing on the regular premium channel you are signed up for on ON Demand. I will see what customer retention has to say when I call them tomorrow.

If that's the way it should be, then why they told me that will be fixed in 24-48h?.

OK, just got off the phone with customer retention, Here's the scoop, all ON Demand premium movies and programs are dictated by the premium channel which changes from one day to next and not by AT&T U-Verse. So the complaints need to be directed at the premium channels to provide more choices ON Demand. You can go the web sites of the premium channels to see what they have available for ON Demand and whats coming up in the future.

THIS IS NOT HOW AT&T SELLS THIER ON DEMAND PRODUCT!

I was told that if you subscribe to premium channels  U300 or U400 that all the movies being shown on your premium channels are all available anytime On Demand.

No.  Only those movies and other programs made available by the premium movie channel to the On Demand library will be available.  The programs in the On Demand library are completely controlled by the premium movie channel not the TV service provider.
