Tribune Owned Channels In St. Louis Go Dark on DISH
If one thinks that U-verse is the only television provider that has problems at contract time with other channels, they are totally wrong.
Here in St. Louis, the Tribune owned channels of KTVI Channel 2, KPLR Channel 11, and WGN America went dark last night on DISH Network when a new contract could not be agreed upon. From reading this forum for many years, I understand that this is not an unusual development on DISH Network.

He's still calling the shots as Chairman and CEO of Dish and playing hard ball w/programmers. This weekend on WGN they were warning Dish Network users, the characters from their shows were saying you won't see us, call this number.
That is how he guaranteed prices for 2 years and after 2 years there was a small increase for 2 years again. I liked watching the Charley chats every 3 months and tech chats the other 2 months.
