I was able to watch the game in HD on 1658 in HD or on 3005 in SD.
The MLS games are on channel 1655.
These games ARE "broadcast live." Please stop slandering AT&T. Don't believe Fox's lies. They *are* delivering these games...*if* you know where to look.

Yes this needs to be fixed as I am mossing MLS games also! Fox is showing world champions hip darts from last year. I have complained to them also. Always about the money isnt it?
Absolutely ridiculous to not be showing US vs Mexico! I planned my evening around watching this. You're gonna show pre-game, but not the game itself? C'mon U-verse! That's small-time! You even have me blocked from streaming it somehow. Geez...
Abosolutly rediculous. US Soccer says the US v Mexico game is playing on Fox Sport 1. I have fox sports 1, the air a pre-game on fox sports 1. But when the game starts, I am watching darts. What is going on at AT&T????
Further, what is going on in the US that I have to watch US. vs. Mexico on the spanish language channel. AT&T sucks, but so does Fox. This should be on prime time tv.
Further, AT&T you are the corporate presenting sponsor of this game, however none of your customers can watch the game.
AT&T, you are seriously hurting your brand. The game in San Antonio is being "Presented by AT&T!" Yet, uVerse subscribers can't watch it live! That is sad, amateurish, and not worthy of a company that believes it has a great brand. Get it worked out or many, including me, will be looking to alternative TV providers (Comcast is looking like a good alternative.)
This made me so mad! All I wanted to do tonight was watch USA vs Mexico. I pay ATT a lot of money every month and this is what I get... screw Fox Sports too. I'm going to cancel uverse and start a boycott against fox sports.
1658 is Univision, a Spanish language channel avialable only on the U450 package. I agree with everyone else who has posted on this thread. It is ridiculous that I was not able to watch the US Men's National Team play our biggest rival last night. Th egame should have been made availalbe on FS1. I'm done with U-verse when my 12 months is up!
I agree with prchandler. I don't get channel 1658, so I was not able to watch the Spanish language broadcast in HD. So in my case, baseballisback's "solution" is to watch a low definition Spanish broadcast? Lame. That's not the kind of service I'm paying over $100 per month for.

100% false. I have U-300 with the HD service and can see 1658 just fine. If I did not have HD service or a lower tier, I could have still watched the game on Unimas on 3005 or on Univision Deportes SD on 658.
The game was also on 3005, available to the overwhelming majority of customers. If you don't understand Spanish, just crank up the music.
So yes...the game most certainly was on U-Verse, despite what all the naysayers want to believe.

And while my solution to the thread may not be a perfect solution, it did allow for game-viewing.
There is NO "perfect provider." Dish Network has had a ton of disputes throughout the years, leading to the nickname "Cheap Charlie" for Charlie Ergen. Comcast? Read this wonderful story. Time Warner? Why, you can read all about their horrible customer service all throughout the internet.
Switching providers won't truly fix anything. What do you do when your rates go up 2-3 times per year? What do you do when your new provider has a dispute with a channel? With the exception of Hallmark/Hallmark Movies and NHL Network, all of which failed to agree to AT&T's terms years ago, only the Scripps Network channels have been dropped in the 6 1/2 years since I signed up with them...and that Scripps situation was only about 2-3 weeks, IIRC.
