U-Verse for FireTV - 'Loading Live' dies

Question

My FireTV U-Verse app was working on one TV. I moved the Firestick to a different TV; the app now dies (drops back to menu choices) after the message 'loading Live. . .' The same thing now happens on the original TV. Clearing cache and databases, etc. does NOT help.

Same here.  Tried clearing the cache, clearing data, uninstalling and reinstalling, also reset the stick to factory settings.... all with no success

I checked on my Fire TV (pendant) and noticed that it is still working on Live TV. Is this a problem with the FireTV stick?

Mine is up again as of this AM. But only after I: 1) cleared cache, cleared files, 2) logged onto the app with ID/Password. Still didn't work. 3) Then I "rebooted" the stick -- unplugged its power and plugged back in (there seems to be no internal storage on a Firestick - I think all the stuff that's saved for it is saved to the cloud.)FINALLY, after all of that and a day and a half of outage, the app came back up.
