U-verse is not available at this time Error message

Update: Tried the call again today since I did not want to wait till 3 AM for a call back last night.  Now they are saying I can schedule it for Wednesday or Thursday.  This must be one huge problem.  I did notice the online chat was not working last night too.  I also saw the bit that said everything is fine.  The chat window said I was in line but nothing happened for hours there either.  I would cut the cord but I have over 200 hrs of stuff saved that I really want to watch...or most of it anyway. If all that gets lost forever it may be time.  I really love having a while house DVR and nothing on my roof is all. Losing channels for months on end pretty regularly is a vote in favor of cutting the cord too.
I have my OTA antennae set up.  I am starting to wonder of an old DVR would still record. I do have one that has only been used to play DVDs occasionally over the last ...decade maybe.  I hate sitting thru commercials.

It’s back on in Southeastern Wisconsin.  Thank goodness for this forum, since attempting to call or chat with customer support didn’t work.  I was on hold for an hour earlier this morning and finally hung up.  Then I tried to chat and no one ever joined the chat.

U-verse finally came back up but internet (Wi-Fi) is not working. AT&T diagnostic says it’s fine. The chat says 90 minute wait for an agent then booted me out while I was waiting. Seriously? 
Ideas? I’ve tried reboots etc - nothing works. 

I have not had internet since Friday and have heard nothing about there being an issue with Fiber only U-Verse. All of plugs are plugged in and undamaged. I've power-cycled and reset my modem numerous times to no avail. This is the third time I've had a problem with this service since I've purchased it in December. I need to have my internet soI can login to work.

It just came back up here in New Orleans as of 12:00 PM CST!!!

Anybody got Jimmy Swaggart's phone number? I'm gonna have to report a miracle!😉

Now to get on AT&T to get a service credit for time down...

My uverse is back on now at 12pm CST (after going down at 9pm last night). I took a chance and tried restarting my 2 receivers and now they are working again. 

My uverse back on 10:30 CST in Olathe, after outage from 1-14 at 8:00pm.
