Channel 35 (San Antonio) is part of the current dispute between AT&T and local affiliates.

I hate direct tv.  I pay $50.00 to watch 6 channels and channel 28 was one of them.  I can't get rid of it cause I'm under contract until June of 2020.

More Frustration as AT&T tv Program Contract Negotiations fail because the Tv station or Network   refuses to renew contracts because huge fee cost. Baffles be that AT&T removes a channel off lineup in My area. Is it just Me that thinks this is Bad Practice You don't see this with other tv Providers they don't let contract deals get to point the Network or local tv station owners walk away and You don't remove channels It's just bad Practice I already read AT&T's explanation at http://tvpromises.com I also know FCC regulations on Must carry laws that cabletv Providers and live streaming services must abide by or risk getting slapped with fines    As a customer and person who studied Broadcasting I know a bit about How common Providers do Programing business I think AT&T Needs to Organize the Programing dpt because removing local channels or media Networks should never Happen we as customers should never see a disrupt in service because contract Negotiation fell through

OOPs Wrong group this is a Uverse Issue

It's terrible when ANYONE loses ANY programming.  I would be in the same situation if my late husband were alive when AT&T lost the NFL Network.  He watched that network more than any other.

I just did some research to find out how and why the current situation happened.  It doesn't make it any better but with knowledge comes power.

Its also uverse and mostly smaller markets. I was informed some LARGER markets can still get nbc, we can't. Speak up and tell anyone and everyone to speak up about your dissatisfaction.

I have tried to find a way to contact my local station KMTR16 in Eugene, OR via email and surprise surprise it has not been possible. The below is my comment to them

It has been my job to read contracts for the last 30 years and your statement is the biggest bunch of double speak I have read in a long time. And you are the ones, not DirecTv, using scare tactics that we many never get NBC back. Bottom line both DirecTv and you are being greedy and want more money. We the customer know that when service is restored we will be charged at an increased monthly rate. You are both disgusting.

Wow! I think we all pay too much as it is, negotiations should be easy for the millions of dollars ATT & the NBC owner make!  So the hard working people get a major kick in the wallet cause others need more money for what a yacht??? So frustrating!!!!

Wow!!! So the hard working people have to get a kick in the wallet while ATT & The owner of NBC make millions for what to buy another yacht?? So frustrating, we pay too much as it is, work out an agreement or you all will lose! So many will be done with this money hungry war and go back to the basics very soon!
