When are you going to resolve the problem with TEGNA?
When are you going to resolve the problem with TEGNA? It's disrupting my service in watching WFSS (channel 8 - ABC) in my area. Customers should not have to deal with the petty problems between Uverse and TEGNA. Work it out or lose a long time subscriber.

How can you tell if you're eligible for the credit? Our channel 3 is out in NE Ohio and I can't figure out how to get a credit for it.

I've been waiting to watch the Steelers game and now I have no channel 8?! I pay well over $200/MONTH to ensure that we can watch all the NFL games and you screw us out of the Steelers game?!

Why can't I get the local NBC station that is showing the Steelers game today...how convenient...the channel is working just fine until the today when they had rescheduled the game.
I called them up and horrible service!!
They won't do anything other than to say it is out of their hands.
What I am paying for every month when I can't even get the main stations!!

UVERSE has cancelled St Louis KMOV Channel. I will be changing carriers if it is not reinstated.

Channel CBS was removed from our broadcast. Of course all of my favorite shows start back up tonight and will not be able to watch them. When will it be restored.

Want to know why in the heck you decided to cut off local channels that broadcast NFL games. Finally get to see the Ravens abd Steelers play after a 2 week delay and now all I see is "Sorry for your frustration but we are working on it. Trying to get a "new deal with whom ever" Trying to blame the FCC. I think the CEO is mad because he's not getting his big bonus! Please bring back local channels or will have to change to Dish!

Here we go again- loss of a channel. It really is unacceptable to expect paying customers to tolerate this horrible service. Whilst I hear your apologies loud and clear it is far from acceptable. Warn your potential customers to stay away!!

I watch NBC more than any other local network. I understand Comcast and Dish both offer these networks. This will cost you when you start losing customers.

AT&T TV needs to come to an agreement with KSDK. Not having this as a station without going thru the app is unacceptable! If not rectified, I will be forced to leave AT&T after many years using this service. Bad business pan if you ask me!
How can we get this fixed? Who can we talk to?

I can't believe I can't watch my favorite channel. If you don't straighten it out soon you will lose me as a customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a local channel how can it not be available?

Anybody else about fed-up with AT&T/DirecTV dropping local channels? I’ve already had two local channels dropped, and a third about to be dropped. If it was just one channel, you might be able to believe AT&T whining about requested fees. But, when it is three channels in a viewing area?? C’mon, man. Get in the game!
If I have to get an outdoor antenna in order to get my local channels, and with the ability to stream about everything else we watch, it is getting pretty close to saying “Bye-Bye” DirecTV. It’s over-priced as it is, anyway.
Not a Happy Customer.

Why are NBC and ABC negotiating with AT&T Universe? These channels are free channels. If AT&T Universe cannot reach an agreement I will have to switch to Xfinity so I can watch blackish and my other favorite shows on both of these channels. This company will lose a lot of customers. I hope AT&T Universe can reach an agreement with TEGNA.
