Bounce & Antenna TV are carried as sub-channels and ATT currently does not offer sub-channels. You can always get an OTA antenna to access their programming.
Uverse does have 2 subchannels in my area (32405). The CW network and My TV. Bounce is actually available here as a sub channel but not carried by Uverse.
I have uverse and the sub channels I get are el rey,me TV,h&i,and asp. So idk why they're saying that they don't carry sub channels they just don't want to carry bounce for whatever reasons

Good rule of thumb: Uverse carries SOME sub channels but they don't carry ALL sub channels.
