Possibly never. There is no guarantee of any specific channel being added. And on top of that, U-Verse TV is a legacy service. They are not adding new customers and existing ones have been encouraged to other services, though they are keeping it running for now. So the chance of new channels in the future would be a bit low.
Not entirely true. If ABC, Fox, CBS or NBC is a subchannel, U-Verse carries it. WSYX 6.3 carries Fox programming and U-Verse has it.
In addition, I get ION, COZI, Get and I think even Bounce is a subchannel.... although I think these channels also offer national feeds, so I think that's why I get them.
