Wireless Receiver Stuck in Reboot Loop

We have 2 wirelss recievers in our house and have had this setup since early April with no issue. When I went into one of the rooms this AM it needed a reboot.  It has been in the cycle of needing a reboot for over an hour.  I have tried it all...unplugging, pushing power for 10 secs, OK + Arrow Down + Power button...and it all ends in the same...back to restart reciever.  Every now and then I get a message that a network change has occured and to reboot.  I do and get the same.  The other wirelss reciever is working just fine.  Beyond frustrated at this point.

Need help!!

Thanks,

Steph

Hi @stephanie6418,

Sorry to read of the trouble you are having with your receiver. In the past, resetting the entire system has resolved issues like this. On the rear of the modem there is a red reset button, press and hold it for 20 seconds. On the DVR, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds and perform the same with the wireless box.

Also, wireless receiver and modem environment can impact the signal. Check out this thread, it may help.

If the above does not help, we recommend downloading our myATT app from the app store or texting myATT to 8758 to receive a link to download it. It allows you to troubleshoot in the palm of your hand and even setup a technician appointment. It is much faster than calling in.
