Where Can I file a Complaint?

I am having a serious issue with ATT Uverse on billing. I canceled my account and they did not disconnect it for whatever reason, and now they are billing me for 4 months where I did not have ATT. They refuse to help. They gave me the number to the Corporation Commission in my state but the Corporat

customer care is a joke...they are there to tell you they cant do anything and basically they will charge you what they want and if you don't happily pay send it to collections. I'm sure you've experienced that so far. I'm waiting to see how muh wors

cant accept terms and conditions

After i provide my login information i am directed to a page where i have to accept the terms and conditions. I click on it but nothing happens. No loading screen or anything. Help?

Someone is doing you a favor. Take a look at these forums and look at some of the disastrous customer service stories going on here... This company doesn't deserve you or anybody's business. The computer gods are on your side don't click the button.
