Just after 1 AM ET, I noticed that the HBO channels no longer had the "you are not subscribed" banner but they were black.  Only one worked.  I restarted the box and all were then working. Enjoy!

This is FANTASTIC advice!

 

Whenever I notice anything is funky or doing something it should not be doing, I restart the box that isn't working via the menu. If the issue is still occuring, I unplug the RG (modem) for approx 30 seconds. If the issue is still occuring, then I call tech support.

 

U-Verse also has an on-screen diagnostic tool via "Menu --> Help --> Troubleshoot & Resolve"
