I have stream and gemini. I have Guide Sorting set to by number. It randomly changes to alphanumeric. I have Captioning turned On. It randomly turns off. Both settings appear to change concurrently. Is there any way of locking the settings in? I'm getting tired of this.

I recently changed internet providers and am using a new router, but continue to use the same EERO boxes I used with my previous provider. I switched from Mediacom cable internet to Optic Communications fiber optic internet. Ever since the switch, my Directv Stream service is not working. When I log
