Direct TV streaming support is no help. They say they may have an issue and it will take 72 hours to fix? 72 hours? Why so long? Are others having this issue and we should band together and escalate!

We record all our shows. Today we can't use the FF feature in MSNBC recordings in our DirectTV app. Every other channel we recorded works as normal, just not MSNBC. What gives? We've reset our router and the DirectTV box and it's still glitchy.

I have opted out of the TV auto shut off in the Settings menu but my TV keeps turning off after no activity like every 3 hours (the 60 second countdown appears on screen)which is very annoying if you watch a lot of TV. Any suggestions?

I used to see the screen picture move forward or back when selecting ffwd or frew but now the screen stays the same but the time does move and tge screen eventually catches up but as the ffwd goes forward the screen stays where it was until you finish moving firw@rd and it then shows where it is now
