CBS on Demand programs stuck in a loop of nonstop commercials

Has anyone else experienced a nonstop series of CBS promos at the first commercial break when trying to watch a show downloaded from CBS on Demand? Thank you for at least making me feel like I wasn't the only one experiencing this phenomenon.  I did download the new sitcom Unicorn, episode 1 and 2 and the nonstop CBS promotional loop kept happening over and over and over... we actually were not
