Ordered an HD movie at 11:00 AM and checked on the download at 10:00 PM.  Found the movie in my queue with green progress1 bar showing 100%.  Movie also shows in my play list.  After selecting it in my playlist, movie header shows status as "0min partial".  Clicking play does not get a response.Have
