On Demand HD Movie VOD stuck in my queue?
Ordered an HD movie at 11:00 AM and checked on the download at 10:00 PM. Found the movie in my queue with green progress1 bar showing 100%. Movie also shows in my play list. After selecting it in my playlist, movie header shows status as "0min partial". Clicking play does not get a response.
Have read other forum entries on "downloaded but won't play" and I attempted to download a music video to test but it gets stuck in the queue behind the movie. Using green button to move this up in the queue does not work.
I have two existing HD recievers and 1 HD DVR. Jeff my DirectTV tech was just here yesterday and today and set up Whole Home DVR and internet connection. All seems to be working well. Checked and tested my hardwired internet connection at the DVR and all tests well. Diagnositic noted I did not have a phone line hooked up, as I don't, but I understood from Jeff I no longer needed one.
What daya think? How do I get unstuck?
