ATT Uverse- This is a bait and switch style of selling. DO NOT use THEM.

This company has really gone downhill. They have a superb product but the customer service really does a bait and switch on you.Last Month I was unaware my 'promotional" period ended so my bill went from 171 to 229. I was amazed there was never a notice and i really don't ever recall them telling me

This is a standard reply as with most bait and switch styles of selling.
