ATT Uverse- This is a bait and switch style of selling. DO NOT use THEM.
This company has really gone downhill. They have a superb product but the customer service really does a bait and switch on you.Last Month I was unaware my 'promotional" period ended so my bill went from 171 to 229. I was amazed there was never a notice and i really don't ever recall them telling me it was promotional. The lady in teh "retention" area was very nice last month and gave me a 70 dollar credit to bring it down. She informed me that I would have to call in this month to see if there was a promotion that woudl get my bill down and they would have to credit my account again. Well this month it went to 244.00. I spoke to Shequana and then her supervisor Ken, I was on the phone over 1 hour and 20 minutes. They were probably the most rude customer service representatives I have ever encountered. In the end there was nothing they could do and the WILL not credit any thing.
I have decided how to get my bill down ...CHANGE to another company and NOT direct since they own it and I am sure the same Customer service tragedy. DO NOT ....Think they are on your side. Itis a total Bait and switch

he is just stating facts, promotions are just that,promotion also known as marketing price promotion or penetration pricing, is a cost setting strategy in consumer marketing. It involves reducing the price of a product or service temporarily to attract customers and develop loyalty for increased future revenue and profit.
