WHY IS MY BILL SO HIGH

I order this promotion below and I have been Billed $307 My service ad installtation fee was wavied but I am being robbed U-verse TV & Internet    DEARBORN, MI 48124     $105

Where to file complaints and grievances-Uverse

Since I can't get any feedback, assistance, or help through any other source at AT&T; I'm hoping I can get direction here. I have filled a claim through BBB and plan to FCC. However, I would still like to file a formal complaint through AT&T.  Is there a link? A site? Is it done through the mailing

yes there are horrible
