For you tailgaters out there that are spoiled like I am and are having difficulty get other games in HD here is something I did with success - at least from my driveway. Upon the suggestion of a poster on DBSTalk, I put my SL3 on a Phase III dish. Set the elevation and tilit on the Phase III to what

Yes, that's what I thought. But the triple's azimuth is 240? Strange. But if the setup is consistent every week, I am not complaining. Just thought you guys would find it interesting fodder.

I finally got a chance to test this setup at the Meadowlands. I did in fact get all the HD channels. But what I found interesting is that the azimuth was supposed to be 231. But in fact it was more closely to 210. You can see the difference in the at

I have 4 DVRs in my Whole Home network all connected via Ethernet through my 8 port router. Also connected are my Slingbox and Nomad. What are the benefits of using Deca instead of Ethernet? Are there any functional benefits, such as the playback response time when viewing a recorded show from anot

Im sure this has already been asked, but if I have 2 HD DVRs, how I can I set it up so NOMAD gets the data from both? Any answers would be much appreciated. Thanks!
I have 4 DVRs all connected via ethernet. In any event, .I only installed it Saturday morning (11/19). The more I stopped and started the application the better it seemed to get. Probably my imagination But all sems well now. I will say this - the p

Manage your DVRs under the Player Settings allows DVRs to be enabled or disabled. The User Manual does not address this at all. As there are applications where what is displayed is opposite to the current status and is an indication to set that status and others are the other way around, exactly how

Here's an update. My post above as you can see was at 12:58. I went shopping with my wife and just returned home. It is still Preparing at 60%. Yes, all my DVRs are "Allow" and all "Enabled"

I have 4 DVRs all connected via ethernet. At times it displays all recorded shows and at times it doesn't. Also strange is when I "hide" a DVR it still displays shows from that DVR. So far I was able to only download 1 recorded show. The percentage c

I'm not sure I got your point? Matt posted "If you use a slimline 3 LNB with the phase 3 dish just set receiver to slimline 3 and you are good to go!" that is basically what I did. I will tell you this, the first time I set it up I only received loca
