I very much appreciate it! And I think your resolution is correct. I think in the end, there isn't really anything we can do on our end if this comes up besides reach out to DTV to handle it. I think you are right in resetting on the "back end

By that logic, wouldn't the laptop and Roku not work as well though? Currently, I only have the issue with my Apple TV connected to the same WiFi network (same as the Roku and the Laptop) and with location services enabled for the DirecTV Stream app

I'm having the same problem, did anyone ever get a resolution on this? I worked with a Directv rep over the phone for over an hour and they couldn't get it to work. ALl the while, it worked fine via a browser on my laptop and also on a Roku in
