I have one Box in the living room which is supposed to run the whole house. I have done every troubleshooting tip bullshooting tip that is available as well as been on the phone with text support.  Freezing has gotten worse.  None of my other streaming apps have this problem.  I

I understand what Lisa Winslow is going through. I have the same frustrations.  There is constant buffering when watching DirectStream.  Buffering takes place on both of the smart Samsung TVs I have the app installed on.  It does not
