Getting DirecTV sound through home theater

Equipment: TV- Samsung HL-T5076S Home Theater/DVD - Samsung HT Z310 Box - H25-100 I currently have HDMI cables running from box to tv & home theater to tv.  I do not not know what the proper configuration would be for getting sound through the home theater speakers while watching tv channels.  I tho
