sound goes off for a second or two every so often

It happens during live programs and dvr'd programs as well. It does not happen on any other box. We had the box replaced but the issue continues.

I am having the same issue with DirectTV Stream. Very interested in a fix.

Intermitent 1 second sound outage on only one of three TVs.

On one of three TVs, there is a 1 second sound outage every few minutes. Also, I have sign into my ATT account every few times I turn on the TV - on all three sets.
