Where is Episode 4? Do the ones in charge of STARZ ENCORE not recheck to be sure all episodes are there in each Season of each series?

Starz - on demand - UVERSE - STARZ is missing several episodes in SEASON 3.  We pay AT&T for the service.  Can AT&T not call STARZ and ask them why episodes are missing?  This has happened before with other things besides STARZ, but they were often added back in.  How do we know when we start watchi
