So.... this is the last time I will ever use any AT&T service.  Here is some background.  I called and cancelled my services and turned in my equipment on 3/2/24.  My billing period is from 2-29 to 3-28.  How in the world can a company bill for an entire month when I had the service for 3 days?  Thi

Not prorating a bill is bad service and shows the company needs your money. When someone cancels they want it cancelled within a day of two not weeks. What Direct tv is doing is ripping off their long time customers, I was one of them, 25 yrs. No one
