Directv HR44-200 Zero Download Speed

Connecting wirelessly and this setup has worked historically. Box will connect then shows virtually zero speed. If you try to watch something on demand it complains internet must be connected. Steps I've taken: Powered down modem, router, satellite, and DVR box. It is not a question of signal -
