Directv HR44-200 Zero Download Speed

Connecting wirelessly and this setup has worked historically.

Box will connect then shows virtually zero speed. If you try to watch something on demand it complains internet must be connected.

Steps I've taken:

Powered down modem, router, satellite, and DVR box.

It is not a question of signal - signal is good at the box and it has no problems seeing the router during "Reconfigure Internet Connection"

It is not a question of wifi - other nearby devices speed tests show 750Mbps down and 35Mbps up.

I've connected directy to the router, I have connected to the satellite. I have even tethered it to my phone.

 

So what else?
