AT&T Service Technician yelled at my son!

On Saturday June 3rd 2017 my 12 year old son and I were walking our dogs, my son was about 8-10 feet ahead of me, he was just about to walk pass an AT&T service technician who was talking on the phone and standing next to his van talking on the phone.
