finally figured it out...

I have been having problems with getting TVersity to work with my HR24-500.I Found that if you used version_1_7_4_1. At install, DO NOT install the codecs offered to you, but instead, use the CCCP codecs. This worked great for me and now I can see my movies on all of my DirecTV boxes thru Whole Ho

Just get mezzemo load it and you are done. Plays high def it simply works

Direct2pc and 2 dvrs

I have two Hr24 dvrs,When I load the Directv2pc program I can only access one dvr. Is this normal? I think one time I saw both of them. If this is not normal is there a way to correct the problem?ThanksMike
