Red blinking light and remote won’t work produces no picture on tv either

I’ve already reset the little device WiFi in house works ch aged to different hdmi input
I have internet I unplugged it and this started happening. I can’t get a screen on the tv to verify it’s connected or to reconnect it. Suggestions?
