I have a new 32" Vizio model HD tv and the RC-7 remote will not power off tv. Vol. & channel work fine, but it will not power off tv. There is only 1 code for this model and it finds it when programmed.

I got an email saying congrats you earned a egift card but the link that says choose your egift card doesn't work I've tried 4 different #'s and no one could help.

Do you think cable or satellite service will come back again as the go to thing? Or is streaming service now the go to. I ask this because. By the time you get live tv streaming service it like the cost of satellite or a cable provider. And these cable and satellite providers have the apps built in

Wanted to say I like the commercials with the Direct TV pigeons. I'm alittle biased since I'm a bird lover, but the pigeons make me happy

The pre-loaded card I was sent for a refund has expired. Can I get a replacement card? When I call the number on the back, it says my card is invalid and does not give the option to speak to customer service.
