My HOA is changing over to Direct TV. I was instructed to contact you for new equpment.  I have signed p with you.  What do I do next?

I have an Eagles concert on my DVR that I'd like to save to my computer. If I connect my PC to the DVR with an HDMI cable and choose Play how do I record it on my PC?

The width of the guide got smaller so I did a system reset. Now there is no picture or sound but the guide is still showing. I reset again using the red button and then completely removing power but it’s still the same. Neither receiver has a picture but I can still watch recorded shows.
