TCL TV and Direct TV Gemini device - audio echo effect
I am on my 2nd Gemini device in a week since signing up for Direct TV. The best way to describe the issue is that when watching TV through the Gemini plug in device I get an echo sound in the audio. Doesn’t occur on all channels. In some instances, the echo will even occur during the commercials and then not occur during the show.
I have done numerous unplugs and factory resets. The audio sounds ok at first and then falls back into the same issue again.

Resolved the issue - found a feature in the advanced settings for surround sound - turned it off and the echo effect was resolved.
Would have appreciated getting any trouble shooting ideas when I chatted with 3 different agents regarding this issue.
