Unlink AT&T and Directv accounts
When I try to sign in and view my AT&T account information, I’m forwarded to my Directv account. How do I unlink them, when I can’t access my account on AT&T?

I also want to unlink AT&T and Directv. When I call Directv, they tell me to call AT&T. When I call AT&T, they forward me to Directv. I am thinking I should just cancel, but I'm not sure I'll even be able to do that because of this problem.

AT&T sold off DirecTV a while back, so they no longer own them.
If you have a combined bill, you have to opt out through the joint bill partner (in this case AT&T). But if you are having login problems at DirecTV's website, then they may need to do a full reset of the account login which would be by DirecTV as AT&T no longer owns them.
If you need further guidance, I would start a new thread. Not only is this one a few years old (2022), but it was created well before AT&T sold off DirecTV in 2025.
