When I tried to sign in to my Prime Video account for the first time after getting DIRECTV something went wrong with the QR code. Now the app will open but I can’t sign in to my account. I checked my Amazon account and it is fine. I contacted Amazon and they said I should uninstall and reinstall the

I am in pursuit of buying a Gemini streaming box. I have 6 tvs and the first one is free. In order to use it I must sign a two year contract and pay 7$ a month for 5 tvs. I would rather purchase. Is there a model number for the Gemini?

Is Gemini the only box I can purchase? it is rather expensive and I don’t want to rent it. I want to be able to enter a number for a channel. You cant with with Roku remote.

I enjoy listening to your music selections during the day, and we used to get a short synopsis of the artist and selection, which I appreciated. That changed recently ... I'd like to see that return please, or at lease give us the choice of whether or not to see such information in settings. &

It won’t let me login. If I forgot password nothing is sent. If I create my user it says it already exists.

Why is Directv not trying to offer competitive pricing? I have been a customer for 14 years and just received notice that my monthly bill, with no premium channels, will be $213.  Essentially the same channels and service is available from Dish for $137, with a $300 prepaid card for switching.

Up arrow brings me to most recent channel instead of guide.

Why all of a sudden we have a verbal weather report over and over very annoying. Just need the up top notice. How can this be turned off

I have a Gemini Air device. I notice that the sound drops out for a few seconds periodically. Anyone else have this issue?
