I need help to understand if I would be able to get Greek channels in DirecTV stream or DirecTV satellite Package?

Sorry, DirecTV does not offer any Greek channels as far as I know.

Hmm gotcha, and what about if I use stream package and have Roku, YouTube TV or any other App that gives those channel like

Sure, you can use those services along with a DirecTV subscription. They're separate services.
