This is a public forum of other customers, so we are unable to do anything about your request, although it is certainly a widely asked one and could definitely help a lot of people. I'd suggest calling DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) to reach an agent who can relay your request to the necessary department.

Other customers includes me, you, other ACEs, and other registered members on this forum. Employees on this forum have an 'Employee' tag on their forum name, with the exception of the DIRECTVhelp user which is a variation of support agents who post on this forum and work for DIRECTV.
