New Member - what is my next step

My HOA is changing over to Direct TV.  I was instructed to contact you for new equpment.  I have signed p with you.  What do I do next?

This is a public forum of other customers, we cannot assist you in installation or the gathering of new equipment for your account. I presume you live in a MDU apartment or similar? Usually, you sign up through a third-party MDU dealer that your property owner has specifically dedicated for the property. Thereafter, your MDU DIRECTV dealer is in charge of wiring DIRECTV in your apartment as well as giving you the necessary equipment.
