Dropping NEWSMAX is unacceptable. I've been with DirecTV since 1995 and AT&T since 2001, Football Package since it began. Year after year DirecTV gives less value, higher prices, and low quality programming. Frankly I don't believe your excuse for canceling NEWSMAX. DirecTV & AT&T are playing politics. I'm dropping both...HAD ENOUGH!
After 20 years of a paid subscriber, it's now time to pull the plug. It's not about the costs to Newsmax it's all about "controlling" what the public wants to watch/listen.
Because of your decidion to drop Newsmax, it's time to drop my phone plan with ATT and find another carrier. Also as a former ATT employee and stock holder, time to sell off your worthless stock. With your WOKE agenda expect other conservative investors to do the same!
It was indeed dropped, you can cancel by calling in (number in my greeting below) and saying ‘cancel’ to the robot. All leased equipment gets returned to a participating FedEx or UPS location with your account number. Be sure to keep the receipt given to you by the clerk so you can avoid the possibility of an equipment non return fee (ERF) as you now have proof of return.
Additionally, if you are somehow still locked into a contract, DIRECTV will charge you $20 for every month left. This is known as the early termination fee (ETF). These are restarted when you add/upgrade to new equipment or move services to another address. If you haven’t done this within the last 2 years, you should be good to cancel without the fee.
Been with DirecTV since the PrimeStar days. Have to say, since AT&T took over, just like everything else they do, stuff goes bad, and takes forever, if ever, to fix if. This is likely the last opportunity to keep my, and millions of others', business. Get Newsmax back on immediately.

This is just a public forum of other customers.
