They are in contract negotiations and it is up to Newsmax if they will remove their feed to DTV or not.

It is not up to Newsmax alone, Direct TV has a large part in it as well!! We are not that blind to what is going on here. 

DirecTV canceled Newsmax and also just raised their monthly rate, so now I will be cancelling my DirecTV subscription.  Others should do the same.  You can still watch Newsmax on Sling or Fubo.

I've dropped Direct TV directly because of their censorship of news channels. Whether I'm "left" or "right" does not matter. It's the fact that they have chosen to become somewhat of a state run media channel. (anyone been to China?)

I was just about the sign up 5 cell phones with AT&T until I just found out/understood what was really happening. I won't support censorship or state run bias media outlets. I want to hear and watch both sides. Although I will never sign on to Direct TV again as I've found streaming is amazing, I will switch my company cell services over to AT&T if the add Newsmax back onto their direct lineup. They will tell you that you can still view it on their app but that effectively hides it from many people, and they know it.  AT&T: We're not stupid. 

AT&T did nothing. It was DirecTV. The 2 are separate companies.beem that way over a year. Get your info straight.
