I read that many other users are having the same problem. I can't get any satisfaction from your chat line or speaking with agents. Sound goes completely down, get's erratic and cracking noise, then it get really loud. I can fix it by changing channels!!!!! I use Roku. I actually thought it was my sound bar! I bought another $200. sound bar, installed it, and that was NOT the problem. I switched back to my TV speakers, sound issue continued there too.
I also have frequent interruptions in programs with pausing, spinning wheel and an "apologiy" written across the screen for the interuption. It continues every 5 minutes until I totally reboot my Modem...... I am totally disgusted with this Stream App and can't get any help or service call. HELP!
