Channel 252
I spent nearly a half hour on the phone with a Directv rep who all the while assured me, after she determined that channel 252 LifeHD was in my package, would get it restored. We had noticed recently that it was missing. This post is to assure other's that the reps will knowingly miss lead you. I was promised that within 2 hours the channel would be restored. 3 days later it has not been restored. Today, after reading similar posts I learned that to work for Directv you have to leave the better side of you in your closet or some other safe place. I feel worse for their workers than I feel about the treatment Directv has given me. We must do more to eliminate corporate greed from our society and to give workers more employment options.
