Error code 203

So it put up the message early Wednesday morning to pay your bill extension 203 blah blah. The autopay failed for some reason. So I immediately paid the balance in full (with the same credit card that failed autopay). The charge appeared immediately on my card statement and Dtv says I have a 0 balance but yet my service is still suspended for a past due balance of 0. I have chatted and called at least 5 or 6 times and yet 2 days later here we are still no channels and account suspended with a 0 past due balance. Anyone else with this problem or a solution. The reps say they have escalated it but still to no avail. Any help is appreciated!

I’ve had a direct tv acct for approx 20 yrs and the only thing I get is higher bills! I had the same problem this month! First I tried to extend my due date til end of each month due to SS check and for years they just say NO! I call and extend each month but tv still turned off on 21st! So called to explain about extension, getting disconnected multiple times with no luck! Asked for a manager and was told ALL were in meetings but would call by end of day!! Needless to say NO call! I’m checking out different companies or ways to cxl DTV along with 10 houses of relatives who have issues! DTV doesn’t care about customers just money!!!

You can't change your due date.  Your billing cycle started the day you where installed/activated, on day 2 your bill is made and sent or payed if on auto pay, on day 20 the bill is due.  The only way to cancel is to call.
