HBO Go

I have a HBO subscription. I have attempted to login in several times on HBO go and it will not let me. It keeps giving me an error message. I’ve deleted and re-installed the app with no success. This is the error it gives me every time. I have attempted to contact Directv through phone calls and chat and have to wait hours on

End to get anyone to speak to... Please help!

The weekend should be used contacting us to stream @Dereksparks1988.

 

First thing first, make sure you are using the correct user name and password to sign in. The same email you use to sign in to your account is the one you'll use. You find more information on how to do the above in our DIRECTV App Troubleshoot page

 

Next, change your password. In some instances, that resyncs the ID. 

 

Last, try signing in to HBO GO via a web browser and then try the app.
