In-Ability to login online or view my bill

I am having difficulties logging into my account online. I have contacted support two times already and no one can figure out why I am being logged out instantly after signing into the account. I am also not able to access the online watch function. I was advised on the first call with directv that I would not need to contact back and they put a ticket into the system. it was a month later with no updates so I contacted again and the same thing, the rep stated that a lot of people are now having this same issue & I would be able to log in online soon. I have yet to hear anything back from any directv reps. I am worried about my account and billing & the fact I cannot view my bills or even request my bills via mail for security reasons. I am now going on month 3 and still no resolution from Directv. and before anyone questions, yes I cleared my cookies and caught attempts to access my account through 3 different web browsers and attempted login via the app on my smartphone, and the same issue occurred. Is anyone else having the same issue with accessing their online account?

It's not a common issue. If calling DirecTV (number below) is getting you nowhere, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Yes I am having the same issue.  I tried to login to my account today and was not able to.  I also have not been able to watch online on my phone (directv app) but can on one of my kids Roku from the directv app
