Logging into account

Trying to log in and change package and can't remember passcode so had one sent and it didn't work so now they want to mail code. I don't have time for that. Why can they just call me again or txt a code.

You’ll need to call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and ask for the sign-in help department for your concern. They will get your account up and running online again. As this is a public forum, we have no access to accounts whatsoever.

As a side note, there are times where you cannot change your package online. Whether this be or security or verification reasons, you may have to call DIRECTV a second time regarding changing your package. On this second call, you use the same number but instead ask for the billing department.
